I focused on the concept of a single singularity splitting into a dual dance. I wanted to visualize the tension of two intertwined forces constantly trying to balance each other out, striving to return to a state of absolute zero or equilibrium, only for the system to perpetually reset and begin the struggle all over again.
The technical foundation starts with a simple sphere geometry. However, the real core of this network lies in its complex feedback loops. By feeding the geometry back into itself through sequential noise and transform operators, I forced the structure to split and fold into these fluid, intertwining ribbons that look like they are magnetically pulling at one another.
The audio analysis acts as the heartbeat of this continuous cycle. I routed specific frequency bands and envelopes through math and filter operators to control the intensity of the noise and the displacement of the forms. As the track builds, the audio pushes the two sides apart, and in the quiet moments, they try to collapse back to the center. To capture the 'reset' concept, I also integrated a keyboard-triggered logic setup. This allows me to manually collapse the feedback loop on the fly, instantly resetting the system back to its zero-state.
To finalize the aesthetic, I passed the render through a second post-processing network using blurs and levels to give the movement those silky, lingering trails. Finally, a custom lookup ramp was applied to introduce the striking neon reds, deep purples, and pure whites, perfectly highlighting the heat and raw energy of this endless balancing act.
