I aimed to transform invisible sound waves into visible, organic forms. The foundation of the work relies on audio-reactive geometry manipulation and instancing techniques.

I started the process in TouchDesigner with a simple tube geometry. By applying sequential 'twist' operators, I gave the base form a complex and fluid character. I then converted this structure into data and broke it down into particles using instancing. By introducing noise algorithms into the system, I achieved a much more textured and organic look.
At the heart of the piece is the translation of music into data. I extracted rhythm and frequency data from an audio file—using envelope and spectrum analysis—and linked them directly to the geometry's deformation parameters. As a result, the shape turned into a breathing entity that reacts instantly to the dynamics of the music.
As a final touch, I applied a mirror effect to this chaotic, moving structure to achieve perfect symmetry. The resulting high-contrast, black-and-white piece creates a meditative visual experience, evoking the feeling of a digital mandala or a moving Rorschach test."
